Email your question to service@vragen.ai. We reply on working days, usually within one working day. Tell us which app you use (the Workspace, Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant) and roughly when things went wrong. Don't send confidential documents or client data.

Connecting LexAgent to your AI assistant

Add LexAgent as a connector with the URL https://lexagent.nl/mcp and sign in with your LexAgent account. The steps per assistant are on the homepage. If it doesn't work, check whether your assistant allows custom connectors; on a business account an administrator sometimes has to turn that on first.

Signing in and your password

Forgot your password? Request a new link. Didn't receive the activation email? Check your spam folder, or request a trial account again with the same email address; you then get a new link. These pages are in Dutch.

The free version

The free version lasts 30 days and has a limited number of credits. Want to continue, or use LexAgent for your organization? Choose "Neem contact op" (contact us) in the Workspace, or email us.

Your account and your data

Your case files are stored in your own browser, so we can't restore them. To have your account deleted, email service@vragen.ai. For access to your data and other privacy requests, see the privacy statement.
